These are molds on ceramic tile in the bathroom. New caulking is needed.

Slow and inefficient fan in bathroom may cause molds because it cannot take out all moisture
This fan on the ceiling was operating very slowly and silently. That’s why I noticed quite a number of molds and other moisture-related problems in this bathroom. Apparently, the fan was not taking out the moisture sufficiently.
